Controller

The Controller of the personal data you provided is the AUTOCONT with its registered office at Hornopolní 3322/34, Ostrava 702 00, IČ: 043 08 697 (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller").

Purposes of processing your data

We process your personal data to the extent necessary to:

• fulfillment of obligations arising from the general business conditions for the provision of services;
• performance of contractual obligations;
• fulfillment of obligations arising from generally binding legal regulations;
• maintaining contacts with client and partner representatives;
• sending business messages on seminars and conferences, on business and opportunities;
• organization of events and trainings, including invitations and accommodation;
• providin personalized access to our on-line services;
• processing of photographic and audiovisual outputs from events and trainings;
• ensuring the protection of our rights and legitimate interests.

Data we process

We process the following category of personal data:

• Identification data: name, surname, title, company, position in the company.
• Contact details: email, phone numbers, business address, or contact address.
• Field of expertise: occupation, specialization, satisfaction questionnaires.
• Documentation type data from events: photos or videos.

In the case of taking photos and videos from business events or training, your image may be processed. This processing serves primarily to present the company and its purpose is not to identify the persons involved.

Recipients of personal data

The AUTOCONT group is part of the KKCG group. The list of companies of the AUTOCONT group is given here, the structure and the list of companies of the KKCG group can be found here. We process and store your personal data within the AUTOCONT group. If the processing of personal data is based on your consent, your personal data may be transferred to KKCG Group.

We use other processors to process your personal data. We use the services of Webkomplet (IČ: 29185084) and OPTYS, spol. s r.o. (IČ: 428069048), for the operation of the internet service ekatalog we use the services of the company AT Computers a.s. (IČ: 61672599), for online campaigns and invitation processes in the organization of events we use the services of the advertising agency Aetna, spol. s r.o. (IR: 49969757). The processing of personal data may be performed for AUTOCONT only by processors on the basis of a Contract on the processing of personal data.

Under certain conditions, your personal data may be made available to state authorities (the Police of the Czech Republic, courts, the Financial Administration of the Czech Republic, etc.) within the enforcement of their legal powers.

Time of processing your personal data

Your personal information is stored for the duration of the contract concluded between you and AUTOCONT or for the duration of your registration to use our services.

Upon termination of the contractual relationship between you and AUTOCONT, or upon termination of your registration to use our services, we continue to process your personal data only for the purposes and for the period of time that we are required to store such data under generally binding legal regulations.

If you have given us consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending business offers, the period of storage of your personal data is 5 years from the granting of consent.

We will either anonymize or delete your personal information from our databases and systems as soon as your personal information has been terminated or the time we are required to keep it under legal regulations expire.

Your rights

We process your data transparently, correctly, in accordance with GDPR and generally binding legal regulations. You have the right to access, correct or erasure your data. You may withdraw your consent at any time in the processing of your data for which you have given your consent. If you wish to withdraw your consent to processing and there is no other legal reason for processing your data, or if you oppose the sending of marketing communications, you have the right to be deleted or restricted.

You can exercise the right of access to your data and your other rights by written request sent by post to the Controllor´s address or sent electronically to ou@autocont.cz.
