Enterprise Business Applications (EBA) is a specialised division of AutoCont CZ a. s. company, which focuses primarily on complex solutions for enterprise and medium business customers, state administration and self-administration and on projects in these fields as well.

AutoCont Company offers the following services in the EBA sector:

• Document systems – our solutions covers fields of document management and document controlling, document archiving, electronic forms, e-mail, business processes and their automation, processes with an electronic form, complete management and controlling of business portals and processes in the enterprise scale and many others.
• Business Process Management (BMP) – We have major experience in the implementation of process mechanisms. Our solutions include analyses, design, implementation, monitoring and a final optimization of required mechanisms. Preliminary simulation is performed as a matter of course. The background of our solution is FileNet BMP technology.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) – We offer a product portfolio of Siebel Systems, Inc. We have major experiences in design and implementation of CRM systems, user interface customizations and last but not least in integration CRM with customer’s software. The Siebel Systems wholly supports Microsoft platform and are fully prepared for direct integration with other software such as FileNet systems.
• Web, portals – We deliver solutions built-up primarily on products platform FileNet and Microsoft.
• Integration – In this field, we build solutions based primarily on a Biz Talk product of Microsoft, which inter alia enables an integration of inside plant and external applications, access to data managed in various platforms or electronic invoicing.
• Development – We build our solutions in particular on Microsoft products. We collaborate intensively with Microsoft Company in the course of development.
• We offer the solution SAP NetWeaver for companies, of which major information system are SAP Company products.
