The ITSM division aims at supplies of services for support of information systems operation for clients from the Enterprise, Government and SMB sector. The centre point of provided services includes support of a part or a whole of an information system (IS) of a concrete enterprise, i.e. take-over of n IS for administration, even in the form of complete outsourcing, including take-over of property and existing employees of the IS to the provider’s ownership (purchase back and consequent lease of means).
The division is a carrier of top-class knowledge in the sphere of services relating to operation of information systems. Implemented processes of the ITIL methodology (the British Government standard) and the BS 15000-1:2002 standard. The IT service management and application of the ISO 9001:2000 quality management system are a high-quality base for provision of top-class services to our clients demanding the ability to guarantee the operation of technologies critical for their business in the whole territory of the CR and the regime 7x24 (services provided 7 days a week, 24 hours a day). The service centres can be found in 25 towns of the CR, the spine including 13 regional branch offices. The provision of services is centrally controlled by the Service Desk in Prague. Solutions based on Siebel Service application are used for control over provided services of the service and support.
